Elite Comfort | COVID-19 Statement
To Our Valued Clients:
Recently, Mayor Turner and Harris County Judge, Lina Hidalgo issued a stay-at-home order for Harris County, and we expect surrounding counties to soon follow. However, through this uncertain time, our team remains available to serve you as an Essential Services company.
As a part of the HVAC industry, it is our duty to continue to provide safety, comfort, and productivity to our communities. We will continue to operate remotely when possible and are taking extra precautions to maintain safe facilities and healthy team members.
In addition to our regular cleaning protocols, we are taking the following steps to ensure we are keeping our guests and team safe:
Each team member is questioned daily about exposure risk, symptoms, and their responses and temperature are documented.
Our leadership team is educating our staff on how to prevent the transfer of COVID-19. This includes avoiding human-to-human contact, like shaking hands, and regularly cleaning and disinfecting surfaces with EPA-recommended cleaners.
Our Field personnel has been given clear instructions on how to vigilantly increase their cleaning efforts in homes and businesses where we work.
Furthermore, we are asking employees who are ill to remain at home until they are fever-free for at least 24 hours.
As a family-owned business, we understand the value of community, including your comfort during this unprecedented time. We have been and will remain, in compliance with all health and safety guidelines, while continuing to serve your home and commercial heating and cooling needs. We will continue to monitor the progression of COVID-19 and the societal climate and will communicate with you as needed.
From our family to yours, we want to assure you that we are doing everything in our power to provide services that prioritize both your safety and comfort.
